Utilizing the technology of our Client Automated Payment Solution as the core and our Contact Center as the human resource, Quest has created a solution that will enable your adjustor or claimant to establish a payment process through electronic funds transfer.
Dynamic and Secure
When your claimant’s home is destroyed, the CAT Payment Solution allows them three options for entering the bank routing and bank account information for their temporary residence.
Those three options for providing banking information are:
- Secure website
- Voice activated technology
- Phone communication with a Customer Service Representative
Claimant data is secure for all three options. Our system uses the latest in data encryption and security through Managed Firewall, VPN and Intrusion Detection Monitoring; neither staff (yours or ours) will have access to the policyholder’s information.
Software and systems are in place and ready to use when the need arises. In addition – when storms occur – Quest will work with your staff to ensure that adequate CSRs will be available to assist claimants who prefer personal contact.
